Creating Blk Rose Self-Care gave me something to hold onto when everything else felt uncertain. It kept me going through a difficult season. It was my outlet, my reminder to stay positive, and a moment for me to really appreciate my creativity. I'm a Detroit girl, so making something meaningful out of hard times? That's just what we do. What started as a personal project became a way to pour into others the same way I poured into myself.
